Achievements
From School to IITs, State to International;
DeafCeption has seen and won it all.
DeafCeption is over 1.5 years in the work; starting from a proof of concept built with 154 lines of code, winning first place at the school level competition of High School Startup League (HSSL) held by Master's Union. Since then, DeafCeption has won recognition and awards from various reputed institutions, including 3 IITs; grants from MNCs like Bosch, and recongition from platforms both by the State (Telangana) Government and Central Government.

2024 - HSSL Gold
DeafCeption's humble beginnings. Starting out with just 154 lines of code and a dream, to now over 6 generations of Hardware and 6k+ lines of code.
DeafCeption started out as a Proof of Concept, winning gold in the school level of High School Startup League held by Master's Union.
2024 - IIT Bombay Tech Fest
DeafCeption was still in it's infancy at this stage. With a simple POC and no hardware yet - was submitted to IIT Bombay's Tech Fest, and won an award of Distinction!
2025 - DHBBVC, Silver
DeafCeption's First Recognition. Submitted in the Action Research Stage for the Doctor Homi Bhabha Balvaidnyanik Competition held by the Greater Bombay Science Teacher's Assosciation, DeafCeption's Innovative algorithim's helped bag silver award in the zone.

2025 -
Young Scientist India
DeafCeption's First Major Breakthrough, with it's first generation of sign language gloves being presented. DeafCeption won 1st Place under Private Category Innovations in the Young Scientist India 2025-26 Competition, organised by Space Kidz India, recognized by the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India.
2025 - T-Hub x Bosch x Telanga Gov;
Assistive Tech For Last Mile Program
DeafCeption had just reached it's 2nd generation of gloves. DeafCeption managed to make for the finalists and also enter the final cohort of 6 startups to be selected for the Assistive Tech For Last Mile Program, also being awarded a 3 Lakh INR Grant-in-Aid!
